Community engagement and management have become vital for success, but some brands aren’t sure where to start or how to grow their community. That’s where I come in.

I’ve managed communities for brands with followerships of up to almost 50 million followers combined and executed industry-leading work moderating conservations and fostering a culture of positivity in online spaces that do not tolerate hate, ultimately helping brands achieve their goals on how they’re perceived on social media and beyond. I will:

  • Analyze your target audience and provide a high-level report of their behavior

  • Based on your goals, will form a community engagement plan that will help you foster positive conversations and help create a loyal following

  • Include a moderation strategy for dealing with negative comments (abuse, hate speech, etc.) and also how to deal with negative feedback and potential public relations issues

The Process:

  • We will schedule a 30-minute call to discuss your brand, existing brand/tone guidelines, brand perception objectives, and pre-existing community or PR issues. We will also form a Scope of Work agreement, including milestones and timelines.

  • Based on this, I will put together a Community Management plan tailored to your needs and target audience

  • After initial plan delivery, we will have one round of feedback for any revisions to the plan and additional considerations

  • One any revisions are completed, the final plan will be delivered and ready to implement
