The Project
eBay needed content strategy and execution for its social media channels (such as Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram) that required copywriting and graphic design skills. It also required strategic planning for its paid media campaigns and evergreen content.
The Solution
Through performance data analysis and learnings of what worked and didn’t work content-wise, A/B testing creative and copy, and some gut intuition on category trends and what users were looking for, I was able to help successfully grow eBay’s Pinterest KPIs, their fashion and beauty audience across Facebook and Twitter, and get content more aligned with their brand identity and style
